With over 15 years of leadership experience in professional baseball, SJM Sports brings operational expertise and strategic insight to areas such as player acquisition, contract negotiations, athlete development, and large-scale performance infrastructure. Sam’s path to SJM Sports runs through Major League Baseball’s front office, professional player representation, and finance — detailed in the experience timeline to the left. He also held early roles with the New York Mets and Complete Game Institute. A native of Westbury, New York, Sam studied history and psychology at Swarthmore College and is currently completing his Executive MBA at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
