Sam Menzin brings unmatched perspective to sports investing, having served as Vice President and Assistant General Manager of the Detroit Tigers, where he oversaw player acquisition strategy, performance operations, and more than $100M in capital investments across training facilities, academies, and stadium upgrades. His background spans contract negotiations, salary arbitration, sports performance systems, and talent recruitment — giving him the operational fluency and institutional insight to guide sports-focused investors toward smarter, more profitable outcomes.

Sam began his career in professional baseball with Turner-Gary Sports, a leading player representation agency and previously interned for the New Yorks Mets and Complete Game Institute, giving him a 360-degree view of athlete development, organizational infrastructure, and market dynamics.

Sam was born and raised in Westbury, New York. He studied history and psychology at Swarthmore College and is completing his Executive Masters of Business Administration at The Ficklin School of Business at Baruch College.
